Our Story
White Dog Capital, founded in Idaho, is a private investment group seeking $2 million in total commitments to take advantage of business opportunities presented via Business Plans with an investment strategy of a mix of early startups and/or established enterprises to create a balance portfolio for long term growth potential. We pride ourselves on our unwavering commitment to due diligence, thoroughness, and ethical conduct.

As a proud Idaho-founded firm, we aim to be the premier choice for entrepreneurs and businesses seeking ethical, honest, and hardworking partnerships. We review business plans of entities needing capital infusion to create long-term profit. If a business plan falls within our vision and mission by unanimous vote by our nine-member committee, then a separate entity will be set up as described in the certificate of organization and describing the companies operating agreement.
The portfolio company will provide break-even analysis and evaluate the annual cash flow needs and invest as needed. In return, profit is distributed back to White Dog and then through to the system of investors. Each separate entity may be its own ownership of separate investors and therefore various percentages and that entity.
